Job Description

HVAC technician is responsible for: Maintain all aspects of HVAC throughout the resort Replace HVAC units throughout the property where needed Maintain all aspects of refrigeration (ex. refrigerators, coils) Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Keep detailed daily logs and work orders Work closely with Maintenance Department to address any concerns and help with other areas where needed within the department Keep inventory and all needed items ordered as necessary. Be available to be "on-call" at different times
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years HVAC experience Ability to work with minimum supervision Exhibit a professional and positive attitude Must have valid driver's license and
Universal EPA Certification Job Type:
