Why Work With Us Company vehicle provided — you're not putting miles on your own truck $60-80K per year based on experience and certifications 2-man crew structure — you will not work alone Growth and leadership opportunities as we continue to expand Up to 3% employer retirement match Up to 4 weeks paid time off + paid holidays Job Responsibilities Lead and complete residential and commercial HVAC system installations to code Solder and perform electrical work associated with HVAC projects Size and install ductwork to specification Perform accurate system inspections and communicate findings to the customer Apply calculations required for HVAC work and project documentation Adhere to all Tennessee state HVAC codes and safety regulations Requirements Certifications — Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Certifications — Preferred NATE Certification HVAC technical diploma or certificate from an accredited program A2L Refrigerant Safety Training (required per January 2025 EPA R-410A phase-out) General High school diploma or GED required Clear background check required Pre-employment drug screen required Must submit copies of all licenses and certifications with application How to Apply Send your resume and copies of all certifications to: info@poweringjackson.com Questions?
