In this role, you will provide essential technical support and troubleshooting services, directly impacting customer satisfaction through your expertise in air conditioning systems. This position offers a dynamic working environment where quality workmanship and safety are prioritized to provide top-tier mechanical solutions in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems, including split systems, multi-split systems, and ductless systems. Perform routine maintenance and service checks to ensure systems operate efficiently. Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems as required. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues promptly. Educate and advise customers on preventive maintenance and energy efficiency practices. Collaborate with the technical team to enhance service quality. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used. Required Skills Profound knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures.
