Full Job Description Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

Primarily a manufacturing facility Facility is made up 3 separate buildings and the candidate will have to go to the other buildings on occasion. Candidate will need their own vehicle.

Team Overview:

some independent work, some work with a team Resource's typical working day: Changing filter Changing belts on equipment PM's Filling work orders General maintenance Moving/putting together furniture

Patching/painting Licenses/Certifications:

Universal CFC certification preferred

Must Have Skills:

Commercial HVAC experience High pressure Boiler experience Pumps and motors Basic electric experience Candidate must be detail oriented in order to fill out paperwork accurately Nice to have skills: Familiar with BAS Familiar with fire extinguisher maintenance Basic plumbing skills Soft skills: Good customer service skills

Years of Experience:

3-5 years Education H.S.

diploma or GED Software skills:

Microsoft Office suite Email CMMS experience
