HVAC Install Technician Gent Heating and Cooling - 5.0 Knoxville, TN Job Details Full-time $18 - $26 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Tools provided Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Equipment installation Residential construction experience Unloading English HVAC system installation Driver's License HVAC Ability to follow instructions Full Job Description Residential HVAC Installer / Installation Crew Member Gent Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer / Installation Crew Member to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience , including experience with residential change-outs and equipment set-outs for new construction . This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands the basics of residential HVAC installation, is comfortable working as part of an installation crew, and can contribute on the job without needing to be trained from the ground up. Required Experience Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience Must speak fluent English Experience with residential HVAC change-outs Experience with equipment set-outs for residential new construction Experience assisting with or completing other residential HVAC installations Familiarity with common HVAC installation tools, materials, and equipment Ability to follow installation instructions and company standards Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Must speak English fluently. Responsibilities Assist with and perform residential HVAC change-outs Complete equipment set-outs for new construction homes Assist with other residential HVAC installation projects Install and connect HVAC equipment and related components Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials Maintain clean and organized jobsites Follow company installation and safety standards Work efficiently with installation leads and other crew members Help ensure installations are completed correctly and professionally Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who shows up consistently, works hard, takes direction well, and takes pride in doing quality work . You do not have to be a lead installer or know everything. However, you should already have a solid foundation in residential HVAC installation and be ready to continue developing your skills with an experienced team.
