• Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in commercial properties. Duties Maintain and repair HVAC systems including boilers, refrigerate units, and air conditioning systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system designs and layouts. Provide field service support to clients, addressing their HVAC needs promptly and professionally. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Skills Proficient in HVAC system maintenance and repair techniques. Strong understanding of plumbing principles as they relate to HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting. Experience in field service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of design principles related to HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
