• HVAC Certified We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on maintenance technician for two apartment properties in Memphis.

This is not a desk or vendor-management role. We need someone who personally handles HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, work orders, and apartment turns. You must be comfortable diagnosing problems and completing repairs yourself rather than relying on outside vendors or a large maintenance team. Strong multifamily/apartment maintenance experience and

EPA/HVAC

certification are required.

Responsibilities include:

Daily work orders HVAC diagnosis and repair Plumbing and electrical repairs Appliance repair Apartment turns/make-readies Drywall, doors, locks, fixtures, flooring, and general repairs Preventive maintenance Helping keep the properties and grounds in good condition

Requirements:

Strong multifamily/apartment maintenance experience

EPA 608/HVAC

certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic tools Able to work independently and take ownership of getting things done

Pay:

$30.00
