What You'll Be Doing Own the

Install:

Complete residential HVAC installations with precision, efficiency, and pride.

Deliver White-Glove Service:

Protect the home, wear shoe covers, communicate clearly, and leave no loose ends. Lead the

Crew:

Direct job-site workflow, mentor apprentices, and uphold LB Chase Heating & Air's professional standards. Control the

Customer Experience:

Set expectations, explain options, confirm satisfaction, and ask for reviews. Document with

Discipline:

Invoices, option sheets, summaries, timecards — accuracy matters. Execute the
