Position Overview The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems, ductwork, equipment, accessories, and related components. This role requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work safely and professionally in customers' homes. We are looking for someone who can follow direction, work well with the install team, take pride in their craftsmanship, and help make every installation look and operate the way it should. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, coils, and related equipment Assist with system replacements, changeouts, and new installations Install and modify ductwork, plenums, transitions, boots, and fittings as needed Run and connect drain lines, line sets, low-voltage wiring, and electrical components as directed Set equipment properly, level units, seal connections, and complete clean workmanship Help protect the customer's home during installation Maintain a clean and organized work area Load, unload, and organize equipment, materials, and tools Complete job photos, notes, and required documentation Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and code requirements Communicate with the lead installer, service team, dispatch, and customers professionally Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment with care What We Are Looking For Previous HVAC install experience preferred Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Ability to follow directions and complete tasks properly Clean, professional appearance Valid driver's license preferred Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift equipment, work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to follow company processes and improve daily EPA certification is a plus, but not required Sheet metal or ductwork experience is a plus Our Core Values Leadership Leaders set the standard for others to follow.
