Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC and Hot Side Technician who knows their way around walk-ins, ice machines, and commercial kitchen equipment. Our biggest clients are restaurants, hotels, and churches — places where downtime is not an option. If you're solid, dependable, and want to work for a company that respects its techs, this is your place. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and gas issues accurately Perform routine and preventive maintenance Document work clearly and professionally Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customers Handle emergency calls and on-call rotation Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards Keep truck and workspace clean and organized Support team communication and efficiency A Realistic Note About Scheduling Commercial service isn't a predictable 9-5. We schedule efficiently, but walk-in cooler/freezer failures and other emergencies can shift the day on a dime. If you're steady under pressure and good at pivoting, you'll fit right in. What We're Looking For 3+ years commercial Refrigeration/HVAC or commercial kitchen equipment experience EPA 608 Certification Valid driver's license with clean record Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Able to lift 50 lbs and work in commercial environments Independent, reliable, and professional Preferred CFESA certification NATE certification or HVAC trade school diploma
