Test and Balance Technician -

Assistant Technician Summary:

As an Assistant Test and Balance Technician, you will collaborate with a team to complete test and balancing projects successfully. With the guidance of a certified TAB technician, project manager, or lead technician, you will be able to contribute to the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to all internal and external safety policies Maintain a professional appearance Assist in performing test, adjustment, and balancing work on projects Support lead technician in documenting test and balance reports Assist in preparing preliminary and final field balancing logs Contribute to written reports on system installation function and design deficiencies Complete additional tasks as assigned Manage time sheets and expense reports Expand knowledge through self-study and company training programs Embrace the

Qualification Requirements:

Self-motivated and driven Possess reliable transportation Arrive punctually and ready to work Comfortable working independently or in a team environment Must have a valid license and maintain a clean driving record Strong mathematical aptitude for standard algebraic equations Proficient in computer skills, including hardware and software Comply with OSHA job site safety requirements Successfully pass a pre-hire drug screening
