Responsibilities:

Build the best service company in DFW. A successful service technician can work independently while performing full maintenance and service on a wide variety of commercial air conditioner, water source heat pumps, refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, commercial package units, split system, kitchen equipment, water source heat pumps and refrigeration equipment. Replace air filters Read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams Install, maintain, and repair air conditioner unit, fan power boxes, water source heat pumps, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment. Comply with company safety programs, rules, and training. Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Required Credentials:

• GREAT ATTITUDE

  with People, strong work ethics and desire to grow their careers and financial earnings.
• Experience in HVAC Service.1+ year preferred but will train.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
• Certifications (EPA Universal). We will train you and pay for the certification.
• A valid driver's license
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to75lbs. on regular basis.
• Ability to speak professionally and courteously to customers, team members and vendors.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Clean background and drug free.
• Meet regular attendance and schedule demands
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.

m. to 5:00 p.m. and a rotating schedule for paid after-hours work. Weekends are on a rotating basis, must be willing to work one weekend a month.
