Responsibilities Include:
Performs complex repairs on commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Manage installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions. Provides preventative maintenance activities. Maintains safe, clean and organized work area to include work vehicle, tools, manuals and parts. Uses various hand and power tools appropriately. Completes other repairs as needed. Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record 3+ years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration is a must. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must own your own tools. Experience working in HVAC/Refrigeration in the restaurant industry preferred. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus. EPA Certification Type II or better required. Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. Works well under pressure and tight timelines The ability to work weekends and travel as needed.Other Attributes:
