Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Helper and be a vital part of delivering top-notch climate control solutions! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled HVAC technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry while contributing to property maintenance and service excellence. Whether you're just starting out or have some field service experience, this role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the service industry. Duties Support HVAC technicians in installing and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and boiler systems using schematics and technical manuals. Assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks on various HVAC Help with plumbing connections and ductwork setup to ensure optimal airflow and system efficiency. Aid in the inspection of mechanical systems for property maintenance projects and perform routine cleaning or parts replacement. Participate in field service activities by transporting equipment using a company vehicle or driver license where applicable. Support the team during installation of HVAC design components and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction practices. Experience working in field service environments with a focus on air conditioning systems or HVAC/R units. Valid TDL driver license or equivalent for transportation between job sites.
