Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-driven Industrial HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing complex HVAC systems, comfortable working with high-voltage electrical components, and capable of performing duties at elevated heights. A strong commitment to safety, precision, and reliability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC systems, including large-scale heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and implement effective solutions Work with high-voltage systems and ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Operate safely at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support operational goals Document work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety policies Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance and repair Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components in an industrial setting Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (480V and above preferred) Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems independently Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments Familiarity with safety regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Valid HVAC certification(s) preferred (EPA Certification a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and elevated areas Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working extended hours when needed
Work Environment:
Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, dust, and heavy equipment Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, including elevated structures •Weekend, Holidays, Evenings will be required as per company needs•
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
