HVAC Service Technician

CG Service Pros is a growing Austin-based HVAC company that serves residential homeowners, commercial businesses, and multifamily property managers across Central Texas. We're hiring one flexible Service Technician who can move between residential service calls, light commercial work, and multifamily maintenance and repairs. You'll run diagnostic, repair, and maintenance calls on residential split systems, package units, mini-splits, and light commercial RTUs. You'll perform multifamily tune-ups, filter changes, coil cleanings, and unit replacements as part of our rebate and PM programs. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers — explain the problem, present options, and earn the work. Every job gets documented in Housecall Pro with photos, notes, and accurate time and parts. You'll keep your truck stocked and clean, and be available for an occasional paid on-call rotation. Requirements EPA 608 Certification (any type) Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record At least 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential, commercial, or both) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in attics, and work on rooftops Smartphone comfort — we run paperless on Housecall Pro Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
