Full-Time (Project-Based) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator / Working Superintendent to oversee and participate in a large commercial/industrial HVAC installation project in Beaumont, Texas. This position combines hands-on crane operation with field supervision, coordinating daily activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities Operate cranes safely to lift and position HVAC equipment. Supervise daily field operations and coordinate installation crews. Plan crane picks and rigging activities. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Monitor project schedules and productivity. Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections. Maintain equipment and ensure proper documentation. Qualifications NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (preferred/required depending on crane type) 5+ years of crane operating experience 3+ years of superintendent or foreman experience on commercial or industrial projects HVAC installation experience preferred OSHA 30 Certification preferred Ability to read blueprints and lift plans Strong leadership and communication skills Apply Submit your resume along with copies of crane certifications, OSHA certifications, and relevant project experience.
