Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on both residential and commercial applications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, Chillers and boilers. 60+ Ton AC Units Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely. Interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs and layouts. Provide field service support for HVAC equipment, addressing any issues that arise during operation. Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer requests. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and designs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on field service operations. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.
