Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of commercial and industrial mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of complex air-cooled systems and a commitment to providing elite customer service to our commercial and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities Service & Repair:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, Air-Cooled Chillers, and Chilled Water Air Handlers .

Maintenance:

Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to ensure peak equipment efficiency and longevity for our clients.

Customer Relations:

Communicate technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to facility managers and building owners.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate digital service records, including labor hours, parts used, and technical readings.

Safety:

Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe job site at all times.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service (K-12 or large-scale commercial experience preferred).

Licensing:

Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification. A Texas

TDLR ACR

Technician Registration (or Certified Technician) is required.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot control circuits, and handle refrigerant recovery.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions typical of South Texas.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation. Preferred Skills Equipment types, makes, and models will vary from day to day. Technician must have the ability and flexibility to service and maintain a variety of equipment Experience with AAON controls and high-efficiency outside air systems is preferred Factory training or certification in VRF systems (LG, Daikin, or Mitsubishi) is preferred.
