Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential HVAC Installer and become a vital part of creating comfortable, efficient living environments for homeowners in a family owned business. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in HVAC design, plumbing, refrigeration, and equipment repair while working in a fast-paced, family and local rewarding environment. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment in residential properties following schematics and HVAC design plans. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or field service roles related to HVAC installation or maintenance. Service technician experience with HVAC systems, appliance repair, property maintenance or similar fields is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles. Familiarity with refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), boiler operation, and welding techniques. Ability to perform equipment repair tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, mechanical components, and maintenance procedures.
