Champion Home Services is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support our lead installers and technicians in the installation of heating and cooling systems. This hands-on role is perfect for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.
What you will do:
Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites Use hand and power tools to support installation work Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after each project Follow instructions from lead installer and supervisors Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install manuals Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures Represent the company in a professional manner on customer properties Assist with equipment start-up and job completion tasks What you bring: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Must pass background check and drug screening 6+ months of HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience preferred HVAC trade school or vocational training is a plus EPA certification or willingness to obtain Why join THIS team?
