Commercial HVAC Technician

Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including all types of commercial air conditioning units Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections. Repair appliances and mechanical components using welding techniques or specialized equipment repair methods. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed while adhering to safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in commercial HVAC systems. Proven service technician experience with field service capabilities across diverse environments. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for complex HVAC systems. Experience with construction projects or property maintenance is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
