To be successful in this role, we are looking for an experienced lead team member who is exactly that, a versatile Team Player who can take the lead on any installation. You should have background in Residential HVAC Installations, both systems and ductwork. Experience with installing HVAC equipment in customers' homes, including furnace, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, txv, compressors, and humidifiers, working under minimum or no supervision . You should be able to identify your own deficiencies and be driven to turn them into strengths. Ideally, one of your goals would be to assist the growth and education of less experienced installers. You should be aware that you are an ambassador for the company while interacting with the general public, clients, and co-workers, and keep yourself well-kept. You should drive personal and company growth through striving to represent our core values. Must have own tools.
