Maintenance (HVAC certified) - Lake Conroe, Texas - Walk Ins Welcome

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification for our friendly community located in Conroe, Texas. Walk in interviews welcome. Piney Shores Lake View Apartments is a 70-unit apartment community. We need someone who can... Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Perform routine maintenance punch on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy. Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system. Keep all amenity areas in clean and operable condition.

Primary Requirements:

HVAC certification Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall, and painting Must be available for on-call work Appliance service and repair (Preferred) Apartment maintenance experience (Preferred) Our ideal candidate is a team player with top notch customer service skills who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment.
