Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking experienced HVAC Equipment Installers and Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge with field service and installation experience. A valid driver's license is required to ensure timely travel between job sites. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and supportive environment dedicated to customer service and HVAC system repair. Duties Install new HVAC equipment including air conditioning units and related mechanical components for residential or commercial applications. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues o HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately. Repair plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and refrigeration units. Conduct welding or other mechanical repairs as needed for equipment restoration or upgrades. Diagnose problems with residential and commercial HVAC systems. Maintain detailed service records and document work performed for each project or service call. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Skills Proven experience in construction, property maintenance, or field service roles involving HVAC repair and installation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain HVAC systems. Ability to read schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals accurately. Experience with equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters, refrigerant leak detectors, and other HVAC service tools. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC installations and repairs. Familiarity with refrigerants and refrigeration systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have EPA and TDLR certifications. Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols.
