Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within a school facility. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, and performing physical work throughout the facility. 6 months experience needed.

Job Duties

Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.

Diagnose HVAC equipment problems and complete necessary repairs.

Assist with installation and replacement of HVAC equipment and components.

Inspect and replace filters, belts, motors, thermostats, and other HVAC components as needed.

Use hand and power tools safely.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Complete assigned maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Follow all school, company, and job-site safety procedures.

Work around students and school staff in a professional and respectful manner
