2+ years residential HVAC experience Strong technical diagnostic ability ServiceTitan familiarity (workflow, follow-ups, estimates, forms) Exceptional communication and customer-service skills Strong English verbal and written communication skills required for customer interaction and documentation. Valid driver's license & clean driving record Employment with Colair requires completion of Form I-9 and verification of legal authorization to work in the United States. This is a W-2 position.

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with accuracy and professionalism Perform system checks, tune-ups, and maintenance following company standards Present service options, enhancements, IAQ solutions, and replacement recommendations Build estimates and job proposals directly in ServiceTitan Document notes, photos, diagnostics, and recommendations thoroughly Maintain a clean workspace and uphold Colair's brand standards Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth workflow
