If you're a high-performing residential HVAC selling technician who's ready to be rewarded for production instead of carrying everyone else, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately.
Complete truck stock repairs as appropriate.
Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally.
Recommend HVAC equipment replacements when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
Document work using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM.Monitor and improve personal KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and production.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and teammates.
Maintain high-quality workmanship while representing the company professionally.
Universal EPA 608 Certification requiredMinimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experienceStrong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience presenting repair and replacement options to homeownersExperience recommending HVAC equipment replacementsExperience using Housecall Pro or a similar dispatch CRMStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently throughout a residential service routeCommitment to continuous technical and sales developmentValid driver's licenseCandidates must provide their own basic hand tools and refrigerant gaugesAvailability for a rotating full-week (Monday through Sunday) on-call scheduleArmer Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
