AMC Services provides HVAC service and installation for both Residential and Commercial customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth-Denton area. We are looking for a skilled installer with strong leadership abilities who can lead an install team on residential system replacements and new installs, and light commercial installations as needed. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualified candidates will:

Have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience Have experience leading or supervising residential install crews Install residential split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini splits, and related accessories Light commercial HVAC installations as needed Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Help train and guide install helpers/apprentices Be able to safely lift equipment and work in attics, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Possess a valid EPA Certification and Driver's License Pass a background check and drug screening Employee Benefits include: Up to three weeks paid vacation time, first year gets 1 weeks PTO
