Start-Up Service Technician:

Run service calls for residential new construction homes Perform start-up on HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to detail Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations Represent the 1st Choice brand with professionalism and pride Complete and submit all paperwork accurately and on time

What You Bring:

2+ year of HVAC Residential New Construction service experience Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Solid organization and time management Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check
