Company Name ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview As a Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician , you'll be the expert homeowners rely on to keep their comfort systems operating safely and efficiently. Your focus will be diagnosing problems, performing repairs, recommending solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform service repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential system issues Explain repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations Accurately document service calls, findings, and completed repairs Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Rewards Beyond the

Qualifications What You Need 3-4 years of residential HVAC experience EPA certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment •This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
