The Technician, Facility Services, HVAC, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and related equipment to ensure optimal facility operations. The technician collaborates with management and facility partners to support operational efficiency while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The position also includes participation in on-call rotations and safe operation of company vehicles within assigned regions.

What you'll do: Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC systems, building equipment, ductwork, and control components according to technical documentation and codes. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues affecting HVAC and facility systems. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal system operation and reduce downtime. Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely while adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, parts usage, and work orders using digital tools. Communicate effectively with facility operators and partners regarding service needs and status updates. Participate in on-call rotations and support multiple facility locations as required. What you'll bring: Proven experience installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ductwork, and control components. Ability to interpret technical schematics, layout plans, and documentation to ensure accurate installations. Skilled in configuring and calibrating building automation and direct digital control systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to extend equipment life and reduce downtime. Familiarity with OSHA standards and company safety protocols. Effective communication skills to collaborate with facility operators and team members. Competence in using digital tools for work order management and scheduling. Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
