Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a strong foundation in mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in commercial settings while ensuring optimal climate control and system performance. Duties Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Read schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical components. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters and troubleshoot electrical faults in complex systems. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Skills Proven service technician experience in HVAC or refrigeration environments. Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC design plans. Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration cycles. Electrical diagnostics skills with tools such as ohmmeters; familiarity with electrical codes including EPA certification required for refrigerant handling. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
