• Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment.

Identify and mitigate maintenance risks for HVAC systems. Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and components. Present tailored repair, upgrade, and replacement options to customers confidently. Build and maintain customer trust through transparent recommendations and exceptional service. Maintain detailed logs of maintenance and service calls. Follow all safety standards, compliance protocols, and customer service requirements. Actively pursue and close sales opportunities, including upgrades and system replacements. Collaborate with installation teams and sales leadership to ensure seamless customer experiences.•

Requirements HVAC Expertise:

Minimum of 3 year of experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

Sales Acumen:

Proven track record of successfully presenting and closing customer solutions.

Customer Focus:

Passionate about providing outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Credentials:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). EPA Certification (training and testing provided if needed). Registered with the State of Texas (training provided if needed). Valid driver's license with no DUIs in the past 5 years.

Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in confined spaces and handle the physical demands of HVAC work. Must pass a background check and drug test.•
