HVAC Service Technician Longview, TX Requirements Minimum 3-5 years HVAC experience EPA Certification required Valid Driver's License required Must provide own HVAC tools and gauges Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Job Summary Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently while providing quality service to customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment Perform preventative maintenance inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC issues Service refrigeration systems and related components Work on hot-side equipment and associated systems Replace and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, contactors, capacitors, and controls Perform system start-ups and operational testing Maintain service records and documentation Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Tools Required Personal HVAC hand tools Refrigerant gauges/manifold gauges Diagnostic and troubleshooting tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials Ability to climb ladders and work in attics, rooftops, and confined spaces Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Trade Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
