In this role, you will assist lead installers with the installation of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork for new construction and retrofit projects. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of commercial HVAC equipment and sheet metal ductwork Help load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites Measure, cut, assemble, and hang ductwork under the direction of lead installers or foremen Assist with installing rooftop units (RTUs), vents, dampers, diffusers, grills, and other HVAC components Read tape measures and follow basic blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Help maintain clean and organized job sites while following OSHA and company safety standards Support crews with duct sealing, insulating, fastening, and material preparation Work closely with other installers and project teams to keep projects on schedule Requirements Previous construction or mechanical experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn commercial HVAC and ductwork installation Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and in confined spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred OSHA certification is a plus but not required Why Join Us We provide hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and steady commercial installation work.
