Perform complete HVAC inspections and diagnostic evaluations Complete common truck stock repairs including capacitors, contactors, and other minor component replacements Present repair and system replacement options based on the condition of the equipment and the homeowner's needs Recommend new HVAC systems when appropriate Help customers make informed decisions using a professional, consultative approach Record service details accurately using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM Monitor personal performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, and daily production Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members Deliver high quality workmanship and an outstanding customer experience
