About the Role Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Indoor Air Quality of McKinney, TX is currently hiring for a full‑time HVAC Installer / Lead Tech to lead an installation crew in installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, controls, and related piping and electrical. This position earns $30,000
