432-256-5435 Cains Cool Air is seeking motivated HVAC Lead Installers and Experienced Technicians to join our growing team. These positions are responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Experienced Technicians will work independently or with installation teams to ensure high-quality HVAC system installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to customers. We are looking for dependable professionals with strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Full team installation teams on job sites Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes Test HVAC systems to verify proper performance and efficiency Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for each project Maintain job documentation and communicate progress with management Provide professional customer service and maintain company standards Skills & Qualifications 2-5+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation procedures Leadership skills for Lead Installer positions Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
