Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm - no "on call" or weekends A Day in the LifeAt our yard, you will performs maintenance and service repairs on wall mounted heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. You will spend a large amount of time troubleshooting issues with systems. Install new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Update and record information on company assets and systems. Perform routine evaluations of work to be performed. Safely perform duties while installing and repairing equipment. Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.

What Youll DoPerforms maintenance and service repairs on wall mounted heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems at our yard on the production lineInstalls new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelinesPerforms maintenance service, repairs and construction in the areas of electrical as it pertains to the maintenance of air conditioning units.

Safely perform all tasks and understand Companys safety policies and proceduresCleaning and painting around HVAC units on exterior of building.

Performs other duties as assignedMust HavesMinimum of 1 year HVAC maintenance experience requiredEPA Universal certification requiredAbility to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelinesAbility to use mathematics to calculate length, width, depth, etc. as it relates to construction and accuracy of specs and requirementsDeliver a high-quality output consistent with the Companys construction standardsAble to take, record and follow standard measurements and cut or separate materials to specific measurements or quantitiesAble to work outside in variable weather conditionsNice to HavesHVAC training and experience combined preferredBilingual in Spanish is a plusPrior experience with electrical, plumbing or other specialties preferred
