Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm - no "on call" or weekends "A Day in the Life" At our yard, you will performs maintenance and service repairs on wall mounted heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. You will spend a large amount of time troubleshooting issues with systems. Install new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Update and record information on company assets and systems. Perform routine evaluations of work to be performed. Safely perform duties while installing and repairing equipment. Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications. "What You'll Do" Performs maintenance and service repairs on wall mounted heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems at our yard on the production line Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines Performs maintenance service, repairs and construction in the areas of electrical as it pertains to the maintenance of air conditioning units. Safely perform all tasks and understand Company's safety policies and procedures Cleaning and painting around HVAC units on exterior of building. Performs other duties as assigned "Must Haves" Minimum of 1 year HVAC maintenance experience required EPA Universal certification required Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines Ability to use mathematics to calculate length, width, depth, etc. as it relates to construction and accuracy of specs and requirements Deliver a high-quality output consistent with the Company's construction standards Able to take, record and follow standard measurements and cut or separate materials to specific measurements or quantities Able to work outside in variable weather conditions "Nice to Haves" HVAC training and experience combined preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Prior experience with electrical, plumbing or other specialties preferred
