Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience requiredWorking knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installation practicesExperience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsAbility to install ductwork, thermostats, piping, vents, and related HVAC componentsAbility to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documentsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsValid driver's licenseEPA Section 608 Certification preferredNATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferredExperience in installing a variety of HVAC equipment and systems preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 75 poundsAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spacesAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workdayAbility to work safely in indoor, outdoor, and varying weather conditionsCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer serviceArmer Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
