TDLR mandatory , would prefer Class A environmental and/or refrigeration (Class B acceptable), and Contractors License The Opportunity You will serve as a premier field technical expert, delivering high-end HVAC diagnostic, repair, and replacement services to our loyal residential and commercial clients. How You Will Make an Impact Diagnose complex technical issues on residential and commercial air conditioning systems safely. Execute precision repairs and routine system maintenance in strict accordance with industry codes. Evaluate aging or inefficient HVAC systems and present comprehensive upgrade solutions to property owners. Manage client relationships by clearly explaining technical issues and providing transparent pricing options. Maintain accurate documentation of field service reports, system performance metrics, and inventory data. Optimize daily travel schedules to service clients effectively across a broad geographic territory. Required Qualifications & Experience Extensive field experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems. Valid TDLR, Class A or Class B environmental/refrigeration license, and an active Contractors License. Proven track record of meeting sales goals through ethical, customer-focused system replacement recommendations. Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to service client sites within the region. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10 years of professional work experience specifically within the HVAC service and sales industry. Proficient with the ServiceTitan software. Completion of a formal HVAC Trade Program or relevant advanced Technical Certification. Advanced technical proficiency in diagnosing complex commercial refrigeration and multi-zone environmental systems. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 per year. Lucrative commission structure attached to all system sales and equipment upgrades.
