Job Description
Henry's AC & Heat - Join Our Growing Team! Henry's AC & Heat is a family-owned and operated HVAC company committed to delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and honest solutions. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department, mentor technicians, and help drive continued growth while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians. Ensure technicians deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Review service calls, diagnostics, and repair recommendations for accuracy. Monitor technician performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist technicians with technical troubleshooting and field support. Take on service calls when necessary Conduct ride-alongs, training, and performance evaluations. Manage scheduling priorities alongside dispatch to maximize efficiency. Promote maintenance agreements and ethical repair recommendations. Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment for the service department. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct in-house training throughout the year Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential/light commercial HVAC experience . Minimum of 3 Years of leadership or management experience in HVAC. Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration, airflow, and system design. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pass Drug Test Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Housecall Pro or similar HVAC software is a plus.
