Job description Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Dun-rite HVAC Services, an industry leader in residential HVAC services.
You're not looking for more service calls. You're looking for a shop that lets you spend your time diagnosing, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities while removing the roadblocks that keep top performers from reaching their potential.

Your New RoleRun residential HVAC service calls throughout the North Austin Metro.
Perform comprehensive HVAC diagnostics and system inspections.
Complete truck stock repairs such as capacitors, contactors, and other minor repairs.
Recommend repair and replacement options based on system condition and homeowner needs.
Present solutions professionally without high-pressure sales tactics.
Recommend HVAC equipment replacements when appropriate.
Document work accurately using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM.Track personal performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, and daily production.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining quality workmanship.
Universal EPA 608 Certification Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experienceStrong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience presenting repair and replacement options to homeownersExperience recommending HVAC equipment replacementsExperience using Housecall Pro or a similar dispatch CRMValid driver's licenseAbility to work independently throughout a residential service routeStrong communication and customer service skillsCommitment to continuous technical and sales developmentDun-rite HVAC Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
