HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This role focuses primarily on residential service, with occasional light commercial work. Installation and start-up experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential HVAC service, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment Provide clear, professional explanations of issues and solutions to customers Deliver excellent customer service on every job Accurately document work and update job information in company software Prepare estimates for repairs and system replacements Assist with punch-out and trim work as needed Occasionally service light commercial systems Participate in scheduled on-call rotations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Clean background check Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and efficiently

Education:

High school diploma or

GED HVAC

certification EPA Refrigeration Certification Installation/start-up experience
