Full-Time Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Start-Up Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision work, problem-solving, and bringing HVAC systems to life the right way—this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Perform start-up, commissioning, and diagnostics of commercial HVAC systems Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and control techs to ensure smooth job execution Document start-up reports, test data, and deficiencies Provide technical feedback and solutions during system commissioning Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of commercial HVAC start-up experience preferred Strong understanding of refrigeration, air flow, controls, and electrical systems VRF experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently EPA Universal Certification (Required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and documentation skills
