$22/hr Weekly Pay Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to install, replace, and commission residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on installation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This position requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while meeting production timelines and code requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, RTUs, mini-splits, and ductwork Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and electrical components Perform brazing and nitrogen purging procedures Pull vacuum to manufacturer specifications and properly charge systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals Ensure all installations meet local codes, OSHA standards, and manufacturer guidelines Perform system start-up, testing, and performance verification Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers Document installation details and job completion reports Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC installation experience Must have HVAC Tools Basic understanding of refrigeration cycle and airflow principles Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Experience using HVAC installation tools and equipment Ability to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as required Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial rooftop units (RTUs) HVAC Certifications (preferred but not required) Experience leading helpers or apprentices Strong troubleshooting and commissioning knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Work Environment Residential, commercial, and construction job sites Exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions Work in attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, and confined areas Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Exposure to refrigerants, electrical components, and power tools Safety protocols and PPE must be followed at all times. Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces Prolonged standing and walking Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to solve problems under pressure Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines Strong time management and organizational skills Company Description Labor On Demand, Inc. d.b.a.
