Training and development of technical staff on HVAC/R and cookline Project and installation management Communicate directly with Restaurant Management Ensure all work is completed efficiently, correctly and in a timely manner as well as coordinating with clients regarding repair versus replace discussions Backup phone support for all technicians, during work week and weekend "on call" coverage Escalation point for callbacks Successfully promote and enforce the company's image, appearance, and reputation Manage customer relationships Accountable for all technical work Oversee warranty paperwork Other related duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Technical knowledge necessary to provide value to our technicians and customers Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problems Experience developing others through active coaching, providing actionable feedback, and demonstrating hands-on leadership experience Ability to build rapport with clients and employees Maintain fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesEducation and Experience:
7+ yrs of related experience with commercial HVAC & Refrigeration 4+ yrs of Restaurant HVAC/R experience 2+ yrs of Cookline / hot side experience Project Management experience Must have a valid driver's license (no DUI/DWI on record) EPA and R290 Certification requiredSummary:
All the physical requirements of a Field Technician All the technical skills required to create and submit large, complicated bids All the customer support required to build and maintain relationships with customer Area Facilities Managers All the technical knowledge to be "escalation point for callback" AND the ability to mentor and develop the Techs Willing to undergo a background checkJob Type:
