We are seeking a skilled technician to support critical manufacturing equipment in a clean, high-tech production environment. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and refrigeration systems, and help maintain equipment that supports precision manufacturing operations. If you enjoy diagnosing equipment issues, working with advanced technology, and building a long-term technical career, this is an outstanding opportunity. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility support systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, mechanical, and process equipment. Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before they impact production. Perform equipment calibrations, adjustments, and routine servicing. Support installation, startup, and testing of new equipment. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance records. Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime. Follow all safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Qualifications & Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED required. Technical certification, vocational training, or Associate degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum one year of experience maintaining industrial equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, or manufacturing equipment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or refrigeration systems preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is a plus. EPA Refrigerant Certification is a plus but not required. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration principles. Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation. Basic computer skills for maintenance records and documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
